Caroline joined InnVentures mid 2016 as a Regional Director, based in Portland, Oregon. Her strong results as a sales leader, and her effectiveness in leading operations teams made her a good fit to join the InnVentures family. Caroline retired from Marriott International after 20 years of service, having held leadership roles with Marriott full service hotels in the front office, housekeeping and sales departments, as well as leading her team to success as a General Manager for a big box, urban, Courtyard by Marriott. During her tenure with Marriott, she was passionate about her leadership roles in sales, including Director of Sales and Senior Account Executive representing Marriott hotels worldwide.
Caroline has served as President of the Board of Directors for Mayo Clinic’s Help in Healing Home Foundation (previously the Arizona Transplant House), as well as holding leadership roles with Marriott’s Phoenix Business Council. She is an alumnus of DECA of Maryland (1990 State President) and is looking forward to working closely with DECA of Oregon to help develop future hospitality leaders.
Caroline is a proud graduate of Auburn University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Finance and Marketing.
