InnVentures, Leader in Hotel Management, Appoints Industry Veteran to C-Suite
InnVentures, a leader in extended stay and select service third-party hotel management, is igniting its expansion strategy by naming 30-year industry veteran Kimberly O’Fallon as Chief Operating Officer. The placement supports the company’s growth plans for 2020 and beyond.

Kimberly’s contributions to InnVentures over the last five years include revenue growth of $9 million and adding 34 hotels to the portfolio. Her recognition by Marriott International and Residence Inn as the Mike Dubroff Award Winner for Outstanding Achievement and Diamond General Manager of the Year are testaments to her extensive brand experience.
In this new position Kimberly is responsible for leading all aspects of growing InnVentures’ extended-stay and select segments across the country, while also providing opportunities for the best talent in the industry, elevating the company’s reputation as a leader in the hotel space and continuing to champion InnVentures’ distinct company culture.
